The Imperial Health Urgent Care Centers, located in Lake Charles and Moss Bluff, are open early, late and on weekends for patient convenience. No appointment is necessary. Our centers are staff by primary care physicians, certified nurse practitioners and a support staff you know and trust. 

The Imperial Health Urgent Care Center in Lake Charles is staffed by Family Medicine Physicians: Dr. Arthur Primeaux, Dr. John DiGilia, Dr. Yoko Broussard, Dr. Ben Williams, Dr. Keane O'Neal, Dr. Melissa Rasberry, Dr. Andres Guillermo.

The Imperial Health Urgent Care Center in Moss Bluff is staffed by Family Medicine Physician Dr. Jason Morris.

We offer treatment for colds and allergies, sore throats, earaches, fever, the flu, stomach aches, sprains and strains, minor cuts and lacerations, allergic reactions, rashes and other non-emergency medical concerns.
