Paul’s Rib Shack Barbecue
Barbecue started as a way for us to make friends. Our Barbecue Driveway Parties grew into a Foodtruck, which then turned into a restaurant! We love smoking you Texas-style barbecue with Louisiana flair. From tender Brisket to Smoked Red Beans and Rice, we seek to serve you the best craft barbecue we know how to cook. We have fun with new menu items, like our Loaded Nachos or Bananas Foster Pudding. Plus, you can enjoy it in the coolest backyard we know, filled with Magnificent Oak Trees strung with hundreds of lights. We have live music every Friday and Saturday and other fun events as well.
