Alex Anderson
Dr. Anderson is originally from Kenner, Louisiana, and completed an undergraduate degree in biology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He earned his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Anderson completed a residency in family medicine at the LSU Health Sciences Center Family Medicine Residency based at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. He went on to complete a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Texas A&M in College Station, Texas.
Dr. Anderson is board certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Sports Medicine and the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine.
