D2R Sports Performance is a high itensity training and fitness facility that focuses primarily on athletic performance and overall physical fitness. We offer private and group training for athletes in various sporting backgrounds (track, football, basketball, cheer and tumbling). We also offer beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness classes that keep your blood flowing and your body moving. D2R is here to help our clients become their best selves by exceling and improving in their area of choice through hard work, determination and motivation from a loving team of specialized trainers.

​Our gym is available to the entire family and is a NO-judgment zone. Our head D2R trainers, Ja'Len and Mikeisha, incorporate speed and agility training, conditioning drills, and athletic team training to help athletes bring their abilities to the next level. Our trainers will work with you one-on-one to teach you all you need to know -  no experience needed. All we need is you!

Our History

D2R Sports Performance originated with C.E.O. and head trainers Ja'Len and Mikeisha James as they began their journey juggling their loving family of 5 and their passion for fitness. The couple soon decided to combine their love for sports fitness to create a space where others could focus on their health and fitness goals in a positive environment.

In 2018, their long awaited dreams of inspiring others to reach their highest potential became reality with the creation of D2R Sports Performance. With their faith in God and the help of their community, the James family is now introducing their new physical location in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The official D2R grand opening will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2019.​​​​​​​​​
